1.考察候選人工作的穩(wěn)定性

(1)如果候選人工作今轉(zhuǎn)行(變動(dòng)行業(yè))二次以上的,也要給出合理解釋;

(1) a reasonable explanation should be given if the candidates have changed careers (or changed trades) more than two times;

(2)在分析判斷時(shí),查看離職原因。

如果候選人具有2年以上500強(qiáng)外資企業(yè)或知名大公司任職經(jīng)歷的,優(yōu)先考慮。如果候選人工作今,一直在不知名、不入眼的小公司就職的,要多加研究追問(wèn)一下其優(yōu)勢(shì)。

3.關(guān)于簡(jiǎn)歷的工作部分

簡(jiǎn)歷更重要的就是工作經(jīng)歷部分,對(duì)于工作經(jīng)歷的介紹是一門(mén)很高的學(xué)問(wèn)。如果寫(xiě)的太簡(jiǎn)單,譬如工作職責(zé)很少,只有一兩句話,工作業(yè)績(jī)沒(méi)有;太冗長(zhǎng)的,象寫(xiě)一篇傳記或小說(shuō)洋洋灑灑3頁(yè)以上,廢話很多,不突出,個(gè)性不鮮明。對(duì)于工作經(jīng)歷少的或者工作經(jīng)歷冗長(zhǎng)的獵頭都可以pass掉。

(1)關(guān)注候選人更核心的工作業(yè)績(jī),它反映候選人更核心的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。從人才近些年來(lái)取得的一系列工作成績(jī)以及一些成功的案例來(lái)考察人才多方面的才能和素質(zhì),特別注意具體的數(shù)字、實(shí)例和事實(shí)。
